We are registered auditors and are authorised to carry out statutory audits in accordance with the Companies Acts. The purpose of an audit is to give the company's owners an independent, professional and informed opinion as to whether the accounts give a true view of the state of the company's affairs and of its profit or loss for a specific period. An audit can only be carried out by a practice which holds a valid practising certificate from a recognised accountancy body in Ireland.
